01Duration of Lessons & Pricing

• Each standard driving lesson is 2 hours in length, priced at £42.50 per hour — a total of £85 for 2 hours.
• Payment is due 24 hours before the lesson starts.

02Advance Booking Discount

• A package of 10 hours (5 lessons, 2 hours each) can be booked in advance for a fixed price of £400.
• A package of 20 hours (10 lessons, 2 hours each) can be booked in advance for a fixed price of £775.
• Pre-booked packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.

03Cancellation Policy

• To cancel a driving lesson, at least 48 hours' notice is required.
• If the required notice is not given, the full amount will be charged for the missed lesson.

04Conditions for Qualifying for the Test

• To cancel a driving lesson, at least 48 hours' notice is required.

05Test Fee & Test Day Using the Instructor's Car

• The driving test itself is booked and reserved before the test.
• Using the instructor's car on test day is available where both student and instructor agree the student is ready.
• The test day service fee is £140, payable before the test. This covers pick-up from your location, use of the car for the test, and being brought back home afterwards.
• The instructor is not responsible for the result of your test.

06Reschedule

• If a lesson needs to be rescheduled, the instructor will make every effort to accommodate the request.
• Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability.

07Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during lessons.
• Any inappropriate behaviour or misconduct may result in termination of lessons without refund.

08Refund

• Refunds are only offered in exceptional cases, at the discretion of Alex, your driving instructor.
• By booking and attending lessons with Alex, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change; students will be informed of any updates in due course.

To proceed with booking, we'll need the following details from you:

• Your full name
• Your address
• Your post code
• A contact number

Please also remember to bring your provisional driving licence to your first lesson.

10Payment

• Payment should be made before your lesson.
